With over 25 years of experience spanning the client, agency, and intermediary sectors, I provide the strategic glue that binds high-performing brand-agency partnerships. My career has been defined by a “360-degree” vantage point—understanding the rigorous demands of global brands while mastering the internal growth mechanics of world-class agencies.
As the Founder of Hamilton Associates, I leverage a decade of experience as an intermediary to bridge the gap between expectation and execution. I have had the privilege of working across a prestigious portfolio of market leaders, including:
- Retail & Automotive: Domino’s, Dreams, GDK, Volkswagen, Toyota and Kia.
- FMCG: Asahi, Birds Eye/Iglo, Organix, Rana, Nestle, and Essity.
- Financial Services: Santander, Lloyds, and Multrees.
My journey began in New York with Asprey and then with British Airways, working in brand marketing for the premium Concorde and First Class cabins. This foundation in high-end brand experience led to senior leadership roles in London: firstly with McCann Erickson, and then Publicis London.
I believe that professional success is underpinned by community commitment. I served as a Henley Town Councillor for 12 years and had the distinct honour of being the Deputy Mayor of Henley-on-Thames (2016/17). In 2019, I applied that same sense of dedication to completing the London Marathon in support of the Chiltern Centre.
