Will works across a portfolio of leading brands including: Birds Eye / Iglo, Burger King, Marriott, Panasonic, SCA, Santander and Wickes. With global experience of working both ‘client and agency side’ within business development, and with eight years experience as an intermediary, he has developed a unique understanding of client and agency needs.

Will has a Masters in Marketing and BA Honours in Business Studies from Kingston University and University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Will started his marketing career as a Graduate Trainee with British Airways in New York working in marketing on the premium cabins including Concorde, First Class and Club World.

Returning to the UK in 1995 to do a Masters in Marketing, he worked for two years with AGB Taylor Nelson in brand research looking after Nestle and Cussons. He joined McCann Erickson in 1998, firstly in a strategic marketing role and then in 2000 as New Business Director for McCann Erickson Windsor. In 2001 he became Marketing Director for the McCann Erickson UK & Ireland Group, where he delivered three years of double digit growth. Following roles as Marketing Director for WCRS/EHS Brann, and WTCS he joined Publicis London in 2006 as Marketing Director. In 2008 he then joined Agency Assessments International for five years, before starting on his own as Hamilton Associates in 2013.

He has written articles for The Economist, he is the Author of a paper in the Journal of Marketing on Brand Elasticity, and contributes regularly to Sky News, and the marketing press. Giving something back, he also has civic duties, as the Deputy Mayor of Henley on Thames.
